Assign proper language to labels when exporting sources other than English ones

skos:prefLabel, skos:altLabel and skos:definition (maybe others)
are generated with @en by default. Which is not the case if the umls2rdf tool is used to export from UMLS an ontology in another language such as MSHFRE or MDRFRE which are French. Ideally the script should check the LAT property of the UMLS source in the MRSAB table
