How to run

1. Install all python dependencies in requirements.txt. Use command pip install -r requirements.txt. Notes from Pillow docs: Pillow and PIL cannot co-exist in the same environment. Before installing Pillow, please uninstall PIL.
2. Install ffmpeg
3. Use python main.py to run the app.
4. The app is ready to use.
