Ahmed Bluff Body CFD Validation

The purpose of this repo is to serve as a starting point for further automotive/motorsport CFD or as a resource for CFD code validation. The Ahmed bluff body geometry is included so anyone can use it in their simulations. If you would like to add a validation case, please open a pull request and I'll add it! Thanks!
