Cannot install on Mac OS

I am pretty new to Python, so I apologise if this is a very obvious fix. I have tried installing with conda and pip, but neither works for me.
With conda I get this error:

With pip I have this error:
ERROR: Failed building wheel for parasail
Running setup.py clean for parasail
Failed to build parasail
ERROR: Could not build wheels for parasail, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects
This looks like an issue installing parasail. I would look for potential solutions on the parasail package.
I would also recommend moving to Remora as Tombo is deprecated and no longer supported.
