CTF Infrastructure w/ Ansible

NOTE: we all got busy with work and never went to the CTF unfortunately. I’ll be working on this project next it’s relevant.

My friends and I are signed up to participate in a CTF. We have a little bit of previous experience, but not much!

What’s in the box?

I’m assembling this ansible repo so we can standardize our infrastructure with:

self-hosted git server for collaboration
- this should work well for us with rizin projects!
linux analysis systems
- should contain just enough tooling to get started
- pwndbg for a nice gdb frontend
- binwalk
- mitmproxy for dynamic analysis
- reverse engineering framework (rizin + rz-cutter + rz-ghidra)
windows analysis system
- windbg
  - I think we’re going to struggle to interface with windbg as we’re not using windows on our workstations…
- gdb on windows

rizin+git should be a solid integration because of their projects initiative (https://rizin.re/posts/introducing-projects/)

assumes variable base_git_keys exists
