UC Davis Bioinformatics Core Galaxy AMI custom tools and interfaces
This repo is a set of custom tool installation files for the UC Davis Bioinformatics Core Galaxy instance. It contains standard files from the Galaxy distribution, as well as custom tools and interface files that have been created just for our Galaxy installation.
