USAGE :

CQRSCommandBuilder <namespace> <commandDtoName>

1) Creates a directory that you use for the <commandDtoName>
2) Creates a command class file as <commandDtoName>Command.cs
2) Creates a dto class file as <commandDtoName>Dto.cs
