Compiling manuscript from R Markdown source

To compile the manuscript in .pdf from the .Rmd source, ensure that software is up to date:

• R packages
  • bmlm
    • install.packages(“bmlm”)
  • papaja
    • devtools::install_github(“crsh/papaja”)
• System
  • pandoc
    • http://pandoc.org/installing.html
  • a recent TeX distribution.

Then render the R Markdown file in source/bmlm-ms.pdf:
