An open source approach to display Solar date in MS-Windows XP. This tool will changes standard TimeStamp of windows to a solar date. After install, solar date string will appeares in TrayClock (in system tray) and also embed to every windows date peresentation that uses LongTimeFormat. This tool is a good example of HOOK Driver/Server mechanism via Delphi programming language.
