- IDs cannot be repeated, otherwise they will not run
- Scripts should be smalls
- Should be added script Rollback whenever possible
- Must be added new scripts on the changelog.xml
- Everything that was executed is registered on table DATABASECHANGELOG

- gradle task dev update
