Improvements for `as.mic()` and MIC plotting

Ideas to work on:

  • A new scale_x_mic() (and maybe scale_y_mic()?) function
    This should allow to plot with and without operators, and maybe even transform the input so that e.g. ">=4" and "4" could be merged into one value
  • New argument(s) to as.mic() to remove operators, or remove operators only between the start and end of the range
