This is an open source volume plugin that allows using an ipfs filesystem as a volume.
$ docker-volume-ipfs &
$ docker run -it --rm -v QmPXME1oRtoT627YKaDPDQ3PwA8tdP9rWuAAweLzqSwAWT/readme:/data --volume-driver=ipfs busybox cat data
