Kyogen Clash is an RTS game built on the Dominari Game Engine. It follows the basic rules of Dominari, with a focus on Kyogen Clash NFTs. It also features a unique game mode, Meteor Shower, in which players fight to gather as much Solarite as possible for themsleves while vying for control of a bigger map.
Follow setup guide.
The objective of the game is to capture as much Solarite as possible. Solarite is a precious resource that can be mined from Meteor structures. If you have a unit standing on top of the Solarite, and as long as they don't move or attack, they'll earn Solarite automatically every so often.
Solarite mined counts towards your score, even if you spend it. The game ends when the maximum number of Solarite has been mined from the map, with the winner being whoever has the high score at the end.
There are four distinct clans to pick from. Players in the same clan share the same spawn points, but still fight against each other for Solarite. Different clans have different bonuses that effect all their troops.
- Ancients: +1 Movement Range
- Creepers: 1/2 Recovery
- Wildings: +1 Min Damage - +2 Max Damage
- Synths: +2 HP
There are three types of units within the game. Each clan has their own version of each unit.
- Samurai (Knights): +2 Min/Max Damage, +1 Against Sohei
- Sohei (Warrior Monks): +4 HP, +1 Against Shinobi
- Shinobi (Ninjas): +2 Movement, +1 Attack Range, +1 Against Samurai
Spawns are contested tiles where new units can spawn. Players can spend an increasing amount of Solarite to flip a spawn over to their clain. Despite clans sharing spawn points, different players can still attack other clans. This creates an atmosphere of PvP with cooperation mechanics.
Theres two other structures on the map.
- Healers: Units can pay Solarite to heal their unit.
- Portals: Units can pay Solarite teleport units around the map.
