Benchmarks on effect size

Using data outputted under data/effect_size, it would be great if we could run ANCOM-BC, Aldex2 and DESeq2 on the relative abundance tables. We will want to upload both the scripts and their corresponding outputs.
In the metadata, the covariate of interest is label.
