Usage
Use this tool to inspect the <html> element for all .htm files in a directory. The tool checks if the <html> element has one of the following:
class="Topics"class="Sections"class="Training"class="Homepage"
If the <html> element does't contain one of these classes, the tool adds class="Topics".
