This is an API about puppies.

Steps Taken

1. git init
2. connect git repo locally w/ github
3. npm init (use server.js instead of index.js)
4. set up .gitignore and .eslintrc.json
5. write basic server.js based on last time i wrote a server.js
6. run server, make sure it works
7. realize you need to install things, install dotenv and express
8. go to browser, make sure it's working
