infomap
A simple set of scripts to plot colour-coded infographic maps.
To get started, first open up a terminal. Then, clone this repository with the command:
git clone https://github.com/michael-afanasiev/infomap.git
Then, download Python3.5 for your operating system from here.
After installing, open up a terminal and install dependencies with
conda install --yes Click
conda install --yes --channel https://conda.anaconda.org/IOOS cartopy
Finally, install infomap by changing into the base directory, and running
pip install -v -e .
infomap takes a JSON file with the format
