I had this problem when using it

command： anvi-estimate-genome-completeness -e external-genomes-final.txt
so I got this information:

@GZL217 , the path to your contigs database must be incorrect in the external genomes file. If you run ls /mnt/d/bioinformatics/phlogytree/M_ZM43__SPLIT/ZM43_CLEAN/CONTIGS.db (with the copied path from the Config Error message), I am guessing you will get a No such file or directory error. Fix the path to point to the right place, and the program will work.
