The repositories.xml can be found at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mercuriete/mercuriete-overlay/master/repositories.xml.
You (I mean me) can use this command below
layman -o https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mercuriete/mercuriete-overlay/master/repositories.xml -f -a mercuriete-overlay
