This is an quick & dirty update of FreeRTOS 10.2.1 so that it works with RGClark STM32duino. It is meant to be used with arduino-cmake-stm32 and pulled through add_subdirectory()
It also contains a very simple c++ wrapper on top of FreeRTOS to make the code more readable
