I am using these libraries:
Weather: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/weather-api
Twitter: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/twitter
To get the bot up and running, simply install the required libraries and fill in the variables CITY, TOKEN, TOKEN_KEY, CON_SEC, CON_SEC_KEY.
Run on a schedule as needed.
