This repo contains PractRand 0.94 with the following changes:

I replaced the "dummy" PRNG implementation with SipHash-2-4.
I removed the Windows/MSVC bits because I don't need them and they were large.
I added Package.swift so I could use Xcode to edit and debug.

To test SipHash-2-4 as a PRNG, run bin/RNG_test dummy -multithreaded. Here's the output from a run on my MacBook Pro M1 Max:
