PEPFAR Quarterly Progress Report
This project objective is to create a set of customizable analysis and visuals for PEPFAR countries. Every quarter PEPFAR countries go through a performance monitoring review :PEPFAR Oversight Accountability Response Team (POART) and every year through the Country Operational Planning (COP) process , this repository aims produce reproducible key dataset, routine report and advanced visualization using R packages.
The main dataset use will be the PEPFAR results and targets in DATIM (frozen instance) known as the ICPI Fact View datasets. The initial analysis will be based on Haiti data and adapt to other countries.
