This repository is aimed at creating ecological niche models of Helianthus. The available data was downloaded from GBIF, iDigBio, BISON, WorldClim, and SoilGrids. These scripts are heavily edited from the scripts of @mgaynor1 . Endangered species data is removed to protect organism.
