OpenCL accelerated JPEG 2000 library. Currently only builds on windows under Visual Studio 2012, with Intel OpenCL 2014 SDK.
Also requires OpenCV libary placed in the c:\bin folder ( with C:\bin\opencv\build\x64\vc11\bin placed in the windows path)
For sample image files, clone https://github.com/CodecCentral/openjpeg-data into c:\src folder.
