git clone
ddev start
make installibexa IBEXA_VERSION=4.*
ddev describe

This will install the last version of Ibexa.

exposed urls with ddev :

https://ibexa.ddev.site, https://novarnish.ibexa.ddev.site you can access to admin UI within route /admin
