What is ZDoom Based Engine Launcher (ZDBL)?

Launcher for ZDoom derivative Engines. ZDoom/GZDoom/QZDoom/Skulltag/Zandronum and more.
Chocolate Doom and some of its derived engines will work. (Not all options are available.)
