A paper showcasing VessMorphoVis is currently under revision. According to the regulations of the Blue Brain Project and EPFL, the code cannot be open sourced before the final acceptance of the paper and the approval of the Open Sourcing commitee at the Blue Brain Project. If you are interested to try VessMorphoVis, we can share the code and sample datasets upon justifiable requests, but an email should be addressed to marwan.abdellah@epfl.ch and felix.schuermann@epfl.ch stating the reasons behind your request and the objectives of your research.
