Installation

  • Install PyTorch, TensorFlow and other dependencies

  • Clone this repo:

cd LabelFree-DNN-Surrogate

Uncertainty Propagation

Perform UQ tasks, compare the distribution of Quantity of Interest (QoI) between DNN model and OpenFOAM benchmar, including:

  • Parametric Pipe Flow
  • Parametric Geometry Aneurysm (To Be Added)
