ESP8266 eduroam example connections

• Working examples for ESP8266 with connection to 802.1x networks under WPA/WPA2 Enterprise
• Based on first working sketch in Issues of official repo: esp8266/Arduino#4045 (comment)

Problems

• Poor performance, disconnect and wdt reset 5 seconds after successful connection to eduroam network

Tested

• Tested in Technical University in Kosice (eduroam)
