This application was invisioned as a learning application, meaning that its developer chose a project to force themselves to learn and grow as a developer. To that end, this project will be a DotNet5 application, run and hosted on a Raspberry Pi 3b, which will allow users of a website to dispense a treat for my cats, and recieve a picture of the cats enjoying the treat.
