If not, you should be able to visit the FinalProject\publish directory and execute the setup.exe file contained within that folder. It will install the basics necessary to run this application on your system. That will all that is necessary to simply run this application on your system. In order to edit the source code, it's best to visit the following site and obtain/install the IDE used to create this project: http://microsoft.com/express/download In order to validate the tests, you would need to modify the source code, then recompile the application to verify the checks are actually throwing errors if the conversions fail. The conversions are setup in FinalProject\ConvertTest.vb. Simply modify one of the values in the New() subprogram, recompile, rerun, then click on the test button in the GUI. You will notice the application throwing errors when expected values differ from the calculated values.
