Quick-start

---

1. Install Latest release
2. Correct the PROJECT_PATH variable in bin/pwu.bat (set an absolute path like PROJECT_PATH="C:\python-windows-utils"
3. Add bin folder to you system PATH variable
4. Type pwu in terminal
5. Use CLI to execute specific util
