WriteXLS
CRAN Package WriteXLS: Cross-platform Perl based R function to create Excel 2003 (XLS) and Excel 2007 (XLSX) files from one or more data frames. Each data frame will be written to a separate named worksheet in the Excel spreadsheet. The worksheet name will be the name of the data frame it contains or can be specified by the user.

R-IQ-OQ is an R/Sweave based program designed to serve as a foundation for the Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) of R (http://www.r-project.org/) when used in environments (such as regulated clinical trials) where such processes may be required.

CRAN Package BI: Generate James (1996) and Bang (2004) Blinding Indices to assess whether or not satisfactory blinding has been maintained in a randomized, controlled, clinical trial. These can be generated for trial subjects, research coordinators (RCs) and principal investigators (PIs), based upon standardized questionnaires that have been administered, to assess whether or not they can correctly guess to which treatment arm (e.g. placebo or treatment) subjects were assigned at randomization.
