What is PICO-8?

PICO-8 is a fantasy console for making, sharing and playing tiny games and other computer programs. When you turn it on, the machine greets you with a shell for typing in Lua commands and provides simple built-in tools for creating your own cartridges.

How to use this script

1. Buy a copy of PICO-8 here
2. Make sure ~/.local/bin is in your $PATH.
3. Download the script and put it in the same directory where the pico-8 folder is saved (e.g. ~/Downloads)

4.  wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/robert5800/pico-8-autoinstall/main/install
    chmod +x install
    ./install
   

5. Done! Note: this is a work in progress, so please report any errors you encounter.
