The proposed modified slow start Algorithm uses O(logn) Time Complexity to determine the Bandwidth and the Lazy client algorithm uses Lazy-caterers Sequence to observe the first Negative Acknowledgement(NAK) and then implements slow start to determine the bandwidth. The Simulation results show that the Modified Slow start and the Lazy client algorithms outperforms the standard algorithm because of its optimized time complexity.
