Custom Key binding

Installation

Method 1:

• Install the AutoHotKey.exe
• Run the .ahk script using AutoHotKey
• Copy the .ahk file in the startup folder of windows
• Startup folder location: C:\Users\Mahfuz\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Method 2:

• Directly install the previously compiled .exe file for that .ahk script.
• In this case we don't need to install the AutoHotKey

Run in startup

In either method copy the .ahk or exe file into the startup folder of windows so that it runs everytime when windows boots

• Startup folder location: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
• Or, type shell:startup in the run window to go to the Startup folder

Create .ahk script

• See the documentations from the website
• Or, in the AutoHotKey application

Create .exe file

• AutoHotKey application provides a tool convert .ahk to .exe
