Codeblocks v-20.03 settings

Download codeblocks-20.03mingw-setup.exe from https://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/binaries/

Configuration file location

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\CodeBlocks

• Copy all files inside the All settings into above folder.

Or,

• replace the Default.config file with our file dark or light variant

Or,

• Use the Codeblocks share config tool

Do not try to change editor font from codeblocks ide. Instead modify the Default.config file. otherwise it will generate error.

Changing keyboard shortcut

Codeblocks >> settings >> editor >> keyboard shortcut

1. Build & run = CTRL + ENTER
2. Format code = CTRL + ALT + L
3. Toggle management window = f1
4. Toggle log window = f2
5. Minimal perspective (Only editor) view = f3
6. Default perspective view = f4
7. Abbreviation auto complete = SHIFT + SPACE
8. New empty file = CTRL + N
9. New file = CTRL + SHIFT + N
