Installation / Setup
Installation instructions are located in:
./docs/installation_vagrant.rst
Do NOT use the requirements.txt file in the root of the project as this is used for Heroku.

All documentation should be in reStructuredText (.rst) format.
Admin
The admin is not in the usual location for security reasons:
