Controllor for a cheese mini-fridge cave. Runs on a Raspberry Pi 4.
Goals:
- records outside and inside temp and humiditiy
- enables one of two plugs (one for the fridge, one for a heater inside of it) based on inside and goal temps
- records data locally in memory at some interval
- exposes a web server that shows history graphs
