Extension for Cotonti CMF. User friendly date formatting.

Description

Precess giving date to more user readable format, like: «10 hours ago» or «After 2 day»

• friendly date formatting.
• configurable fallback formatting
• can be used as a callback from templates
• can work with timestamp or datetime input data

Requirements

Current version 1.0.3 requires Cotonti Siena v0.9.18

Compatibility

Can work on older versions but not tested.

Install

• Unpack, copy files to root folder of your site.
• Install via Admin → Extensions menu (Administration panel → Extensions)
• Checks setting in config (Administration panel → Extensions → pretty_date → Configuration).

Comments

To test this Extension in action - add to your template example callback: {PHP|cot_pretty_date('2015-02-07')}.
