This project is no longer maintained since both PSP and PSVita have full custom firmwares for all versions that provide more advanced capabilities.
This software allows you to execute home-made (homebrews) applications made for PSP on both PSP and PS Vita. It's basically a pure user-mode firmware. Homebrews requiring kernel privileges will not execute properly.
It does NOT run ISO/CSO
