A simple shopping cart exprience: Requirements
- The user should see an empty cart message on their first interaction with the page.
- The user should see some interaction that allows them to add items to the cart. Data is persisted.
- Upon adding items to the cart, the user should see an updated list of cart items.
- Each cart item should allow the user to change the quantity of that item.
- A cart summary or totals block on the page.
Clone the repo and cd shopping_cart.
Assumptions: minimum node version v8.12.0 and npm version 6.4.1.
Then...

npm run dev
