Part 1 Documentation

HTML Modifications: added tag for CSS file.

Added a old paper as background.

Change the text color and font.

Set boarder to solid black

Set boarder to the images

change the body text to Arial Black and Arial Bold

Set bold effect and color change on both subtitles and tiltes.

*css file is named part1.css

*3 project Gutenberg documents are named: ethan frome.html,jane eyre.html,war and peace.html
