Fast-and-Reliable-File-Transfer-over-UDP
Build a reliable FTP utility over UDP with same reliability as traditional FTP but with higher throughput. Reliability was implemented using packets maps of the lost datagrams. Achieved more than 40Mbps throughput on 20% packet loss link and 200ms RTT over 100Mbps link.
Custom-IP-Router
Designed a custom IP router for forwarding of packets in the network. Used Libpcap library to capture and forward them after modifying the Ethernet and IP headers. Also added support for ICMP echo and Traceroute. Used Iperf to evaluate the performance of the packets. Used RIP protocol as dynamic routing protocol.
