Scrumex.com is an open source web app for agile teams that use Scrum. It allows the creation of teams and stories to manage your scrum process in the simplest possible way.

Development

To start your web server:

• Install dependencies with mix deps.get
• Create and migrate your database with mix ecto.create && mix ecto.migrate
• Install Node.js dependencies with cd assets && npm install
• Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.

Deployment

• Make sure you can ssh [e-mail]
• Run mix edeliver build release --branch="master" to build the new release
• Run mix edeliver deploy release to production --branch="master" to deploy the new release

• cleanup the code from experimentation (there is a mix of business logic in contexts and elsewhere)
