Cases - Cases reassign back to Chris After 48 hours, but he can take them back sooner if he knew there was an update - propose an email to chris on updates.This does not happen anymore- Proposals Collection and delivery times input a date as well.

- Proposals - Proposals that are marked as won but are not approved are now automatically sent for approval.

Customer Survey:
More info will follow when we're ready to send out the survey. Surveys can be sent to any contact on your Zoho. It is sent as an email with a button link to the survey. The data for the survey goes back into the contact that completed it and it can also be viewed in a dashboard. Please make sure that the contacts name is spelt correctly as the mail gets sent out and will have their name in it. Please also make sure that the contact has a job title and that their email is correct.

Competitor Info - New Module!
- At any stage, you're now able to log info you hear about our competitors and have it visible to the whole team so now we can be better informed during our pitches. Note: please check the verified button if you're certain about the info you're logging.

Cases - "Suggested Solution"
- When you're logging a case, you can now suggest the soltution you'd like to see.

Proposals - Overnight Express Rate and Cross-Border Rate now have a "Standard option in the dropdown menu. N/A is still the default. If UNIQUE is selected, then you have to enter the rate information in the "UNIQUE Comments" field.

1. All cases automatically get assigned to Chris Bemiah 2. Chris will assign some cases to Pearl Buthelezi 3. Chris/Pearl will assign to a branch manager to aid in investigation 4. Branch manager will add notes and assign the case back to Chris/Pearl 5. Chris/Pearl will type in the solution and make a decision on which branch was responsible 6. Case is closed by Chris/Pearl **EXCEPTIONS** 1. All cases that have not been closed in 72 hours will send Denesh an email notification
