Metaplex released a burnNFT instruction with which you can destroy all accounts of an NFT and claim back the SOL that was used for rent.

Make sure to check transactions before signing!
Only use with burner wallets!
Install packages
yarn install
Run dev-server
yarn start
To use the fee-redeemer just navigate to
https://loopcreativeandy.github.io/solana-nft-burner/
Connect your wallet, select NFTs (or regular SPL tokens) you want to burn by clicking on them in the list below. Hit "Burn Selection" and approve transaction(s).
