BAStrap es el framework del Gobierno de la Ciudad para la creación de sitios web. Su propósito es que el trabajo in-house y de proveedores sea consistente estética y funcionalmente.
BAStrap está basado en Bootstrap v2.3.1

BAStrap incluye un makefile para compilar el framework. Antes de empezar instalá las dependencias locales requeridas:
$ npm install
Una vez que esté instalado, vas a poder usar los comandos:
Corre el compilador recess para construir los archivos /less y compila los docs. Requiere recess y uglify-js.
Este método revisa los archivos Less y los compila automáticamente cuando los grabás. Requiere Watchr.
