Usage: holdup [options] [PID] <slow factor>
or: holdup [options] [process name] <slow factor>
or: holdup [options] [process name fragment] <slow factor>
Slows down programs by stoping and starting it rapitly.
--help display this help and exit
-h same as --help
-t=<custom time step interival>
